Fabrication
At our shop we cut slabs to shape by hand, ensuring all details of shape and size are crafted with utmost precision. After the slab is cut it is then smoothed and polished by hand, making sure all edges are even and all surfaces are plumb, level, and square.
Design
We use CAD and autoCAD to draw up our initial designs whenever precision with this technology is possible. When edges or surfaces are non-standard shapes that cannot be replicated with computer software, we meticulously draw up the design by hand in order to transfer it to the final slab.
Installation
When the slab is finished we use our equipment to transport it to site and install it using forklifts and pulley system when necessary.
